She is dedicated to empowering patients through personalized, evidence-based care. With a background in family medicine and internal medicine, she has a passion for holistic wellness - Alexa helps patients navigate every stage of life - from complexities with hormonal transitions, peri-menopause/menopause, neurotransmitter imbalance, adrenal dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies and poor metabolic health.
