In order to better serve our patients through extended time spent with Alexa, we are a direct pay clinic — as such we do not accept insurance or provide primary care services. Payment is required at time of service. 

Alexa offers a FREE initial consult to discuss treatment options.

Cost for prescription management: 

1) you can choose a pay-as-you-go for single visits or 2) a monthly concierge plan with unlimited messaging, quarterly consults, medication management & sick visits starts at $95/month (prescriptions and labs are not included in cost).

💫GLP-1 plans include cost of prescription (not labs) and vary depending on weekly unit dose and whether prescribed Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. *Semaglutide starts at $130+ & Tirzepatide at $200+.

We do offer a SuperBill for qualified health insurance plans which means that once you pay us for the visit, you then submit a claim to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. *Lab fees can be included in this.

BalanceRx accepts HSA plans.

💎Ongoing Prescription Management:

$149  (Initial Consult + lab f/u)

During your appointment, expect to spend 1 hour reviewing pertinent medical records, with an emphasis on hormonal, dietary, lifestyle, stress, emotional and physical health. 

• Pertinent questionnaires and health problems will be discussed thoroughly along with a functional lab recommendation. Lab fee is not included and can range from $80-200 on average. Labs are required every 6-12 months or per provider recommendation.
• Both functional and modern medicine approach is integrated in the plan of care.
• One follow up visit to review labs is included in this initial visit, along with a recommended treatment plan.
• Medication management included if indicated

💎Ongoing Prescription Management:

$99-$129

• Follow-up for lab results and other metabolic interventions 
• Standard follow up is at 1 month, 90 days and 6 months (additional for dose/medication changes)
• Further testing, examination and counseling as indicated
• Labs are required as a minimum of every 6 months for continuation of medication.
• Visits are based on the following durations:
  • 60 min - $129 
  • 30 min - $99
